Jamil Zainasheff is a highly respected, award-winning homebrewer with a ton of knowledge, experience and wisdom to share. Jamil is very well known in the homebrewing community and is frequently referenced as a way to end debate on a topic (”Well, when I talked to Jamil about it, he said…”).
