Still tracking Sunset’s One Block Diet series online. Though not all about homebrewing (still rooting for Team Beer!), the homebrewer spirit is living in every aspect of their experiment - they’re making their own wine, pressing their own olive oil and, now, growing their own ingredients to brew more beer. I’ve been thinking about creating my oen brewer’s garden and had the same problems finding barley sources as they did. Sounds like they got some good advice and, hey, you may be able to pick up a little extra beer money selling the by produced straw to your neighbors who own ponds!
